Software Download: North American Company Illustration Software (NACIS)

  • Access "Sales Support" on the top navigational bar, select "Life Illustrations,"
    and click "Software Download."
  • There are four Software Download Options: You should select Software or Software with Forms.
  • Save it to your desktop (this will download the software to your desktop).
  • Go to your desktop, locate the install icon, and follow the instructions (this will
    install the software on your computer and put the NACIS icon on your desktop).

  • Under "My InfoNet" on the top right of the navigational bar, Select "Forms Factory."
  • Select "Forms Kit."
  • Select "New Business" followed by "Traditional Underwriting," and click Submit.
  • Check the desired product and then arrow over the applicable state, then press
    submit at the bottom.
  • Click on the blue hyperlink that appears on the next page.
  • This will open up all available forms. The forms that are already checked are required
    for that product and state.
  • Other forms are supplemental (if applicable).
  • Once you have selected the desired forms, click on "View Selected Forms" at the
    bottom of the page.
  • The forms will open up in Adobe Reader.

Check Your Pending Case Status:

  • Under "My InfoNet" on the top right of the navigational bar, select
    "Paperless Pending."
  • Change the "Last Activity Date" to your desired search criteria.
  • Click "Submit Search" at the bottom of the page.
  • The system will display cases you have pending within the time period.

Commission Statements:
(Note: You may not have access to commission statements. Call (800) 800-3656 Ext. 10411
for availability.)

  • Under "My InfoNet" on the top right of the navigational bar, select "Commission Statements."
  • Any current statement should be listed.
  • Click on "Search Statement History" to view previous statements.

Indexed Universal Life Certification Exam:
This one-time test is only required if you sell IUL

  • Visit www.producersinfonet.com and click on the Indexed UL Certification Test link on the
    home page or go to Sales Support in the top navigation bar and select Resources and Training.
  • Go through the five modules and take the 25 question (NO-FAIL) quiz.
  • When complete, you will get a certificate (keep for your records).

In Force Policy Search:

  • Under "My InfoNet" on the top right of the navigational bar, select
    "Policy Data Center."
  • Type in the desired insured's information and click "Submit Search."
